Site Condition:
Ensure all surfaces are free of loose debris and any liquids or moisture.
Product arrives “Ready for Use”.
DO NOT dilute with water.
DO NOT mix with other products.
Do not apply product in freezing conditions.
Application Notes:
Requires mixing prior to use. Use a plastic or clean, rust-free drill mixer (wash after use).
Weld Healer and wash water are fully biodegradable and may be washed away according to Commonwealth, State, or Local Government regulations.
Suitable for application by brushing, spraying, or dipping simplifies the restorative process.
NEVER use a metal bristle brush.
May be applied on vertical, horizontal, and overhead structures.
Apply liberally; ensure the surface area to be treated is adequately covered by the Weld Healer product (2mm – 3mm thickness).
Once applied, DO NOT agitate or interfere with the product.
Leave until the desired result is achieved.
Can be left on stainless steel as long as is needed – overnight or until removal is
convenient – without fear of pitting, corrosion or thinning of the weld or base metal.
Coverage:
18-24 linear meters per liter.
Apply at least a 5 cm wide band of Weld Healer product that liberally covers the underlying weld seam and all discoloration.

2 Quart Stainless Steel Pressure Pot Sprayer with regulator of up to 50psi.
Recommended 68SS x 68PB Nozzle Setup.
Dwell Time:
Normal working dwell time (in temperatures above freezing) is between 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
Dwell time will vary slightly based on the amount of chromium oxide, heat tint, and discoloration of the surface.
Warmer temperatures increase working speed and decrease dwell time.
We recommend testing in a small area to determine precise dwell time.

Nylon/plastic scrub brush (never use metal/wire brush as cross-contamination will occur)
Safety Notes:
Avoid eye contact. Wear chemical safety glasses with side protection.
Avoid skin contact. Use chemical-resistant gloves and clothing.
Use in areas with adequate ventilation.
DO NOT swallow or ingest.
DO NOT eat, drink, or smoke when using this product.
Wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.

Handling & Disposal:
Does not require any special handling.
Product itself is biodegradable, however once applied, the product will naturally be contaminated with metal ions so disposal should always be approached with a knowledge of local regulations to ensure compliance with any and all rules for your area.
Storage:
Requires no speciality storage or handling.
Store in well-sealed containers to prevent spillage and contamination.
Store and transport between 50-77°F (10-25°C); never in direct sun.
